Abstract

The invention concerns a device (3) for opening and reclosing a package (1) of the type comprising a self-adhesive label (4) adapted to be positioned partly removable and refixable on the outer wall of the package (1) so as to obtain a controlled tear upon first removal of the label (4) to define an opening (11) for extracting products from the package, said tearing of the wall extending to an end-of-travel stop delimiting an edge of the extraction opening (11), said extraction opening (11) capable of being closed again by refixing the self-adhesive label (5). Said device is characterized in that it further comprises a directly affixed adhesive piece (5) forming an interface between the outer wall of the package (1) and the label (4) affixed on said wall, urged to overlap the entire adhesive removable surface of the label (4), said interface (5) being designed to adhere permanently to the package wall (1), being provided with at least one tear lead end (6), such as a notch, a pre-slot, a thinned part, co-operating in the control of the tearing of the interface (5) and of the package wall caused by the first removal of the label.
