Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production en continu d'engrais sous forme de granulés comprenant les étapes suivantes :- a°) on réalise un mélange comprenant du lignite, de l'oxyde de magnésie, au moins un composé nutritif choisi parmi les composés nutritifs à base d'azote, les composés nutritifs à base de phosphore, les composés nutritifs à base de potassium, les composés nutritifs à base de chaînes carbonées d'origine végétale et/ou animale et leurs mélanges, et les granules recyclées de l'étape e°),- b°) on réalise une granulation en milieu acide en présence d'eau, de vapeur d'eau surchauffée, d'acide sulfurique et du mélange obtenu en a°) jusqu'à obtention de granules ayant un taux d'humidité allant de 3 à 19% en poids, par rapport au poids des granules,- c°) on réalise un séchage des granules obtenues en b°) jusqu'à obtention d'un taux d'humidité allant de 0,1 à 15% en poids, par rapport au poids des granules,- d°) on réalise un tamisage des granules et une séparation des granulés,- e°) on réalise le recyclage en étape a°) des granules surdimensionnées, de préférence après broyage, et des granules sous dimensionnées.L'invention concerne également une matière fertilisante sous forme de granulés susceptible d'être obtenue selon ce procédé.The present invention relates to a process for the continuous production of fertilizers in the form of granules, comprising the following steps: a) a mixture comprising lignite, magnesia, at least one nutritive compound chosen from the compounds nitrogen-based nutrients, phosphorus-based nutrients, potassium-based nutrients, nutrients based on carbon chains of plant and / or animal origin and mixtures thereof, and recycled granules of step e °), - b °) is carried out a granulation in an acid medium in the presence of water, superheated steam, sulfuric acid and the mixture obtained in a) to obtain granules having a rate moisture content ranging from 3 to 19% by weight, relative to the weight of the granules, - c °) the granules obtained in b) are dried up to a humidity level of 0.1 at 15% by weight, relative to the weight of the granules, - d °) the granules are sieved and the granules are separated, e) the oversized granules, preferably after grinding, and the undersized granules are recycled in step a).
