Abstract

The device has a cradle (12) with two grooves (13, 14), where each groove receives one of the two conductors of bipolar cables (10, 11). A cradle (17) extending above the cradle (12) has two free spaced cavities (18, 19) found with regard to the grooves. The cavities are destined to come in support on the cables. The two cradles are connected to each other to screw the cables on respective conductor bands (15, 16).
