  The products arranged in the shelves (or linear) of a store are provided with a bar code ("EAN code") which is read by an appropriate reader during the checkout, which allows the computer system of the store issue a sales receipt for payment. This computer input also makes it possible to fill in an inventory management system for managing the restocking of products by the supplier or suppliers.
