Abstract

The dispenser (10), which has a hook-shaped clip (12) for attaching it to the inside of a toilet bowl rim, consists of a container (14) for a chemically active substance in liquid or gel form that cleans and disinfects the bowl by mixing with the flushing water, and a holder (15) attached to it that releases a perfume into the air continuously. The perfume is in the form of a volatile substance that is contained in a matrix and released through a semi-permeable membrane (23) co-extruded with a protective layer (18).
