Abstract
The drive train (1) comprises an engine (2) and an automatic transmission (3) both of which can be variably controlled under a set of control characteristics (15a,15b). The control characteristic used is adapted to the chosen driving style. Driving style is detected (9) and the detected style used to select the appropriate control characteristics.
