Abstract

The insert, designed to be fitted between the outer surface (19) and the inner lining (21) of a brassiere cup, consists of a pouch (25) with an impermeable outer wall (27a) and a permeable inner wall (27b), e.g. of tulle, that allows a cosmetic product (19) with firming or other properties to pass through the lining and onto the breast. The outer and inner walls can be made from a non-porous and micro-porous plastic material respectively. The cosmetic product can be a diluted solution of a water-based vegetable complex with firming or tonic/astringent properties obtained from Juglans regia (walnut), Mespilus germanica and Pyrus germanica (medlar), or for stimulating collagen synthesis, e.g. from Centella asiatica. It can also contain glycerine, glycol butylene and lecithin. An example of such a product is marketed under the name of Phytotal FM by the firm of Sederma.

Description

The present invention relates to a cell intended to be placed

in

  a bra, and a bra fitted with such cells.

  The traditional role of a bra is to support a woman's breasts. That being said, there is an increasing demand for support gorges which, in addition to the aforementioned role, have other functions, and in particular

cosmetic functions.

  Thus we know for example from document FR 2 804 580 a cell intended to be placed between the outer casing and the inner lining 10 of a bra cup, comprising: - a first wall, intended to be placed against said outer shell, - a second wall, intended to be placed against said inner lining, and - a cosmetic composition, trapped between said

first and second walls.

  This cell is formed from a permeable material, allowing the

  cosmetic composition to diffuse towards the skin of the breasts.

  It has been observed that in such a bra, the cosmetic composition 20 tends to stain the cups, which is obviously very annoying.

  The object of the present invention is to eliminate this drawback.

  This object of the invention is achieved with a cell intended to be placed between the outer shell and the inner lining of a bra cup, comprising: - a first wall, intended to be placed against said outer shell, - a second wall, intended to be placed against said inner lining, and - a cosmetic composition, trapped between said first and second walls, remarkable in that said first wall is formed in an impermeable material and in that said second wall is formed in a material allowing the passage of said cosmetic composition from the inside to the outside

of said cell.

  Thanks to these characteristics, the cosmetic composition cannot diffuse

  only in the direction of the skin of a user's breasts, which makes it possible to prevent this composition from staining the outer shell of the cups of the bra.

  According to other characteristics of the cell according to the invention: said first wall is formed in a non-porous plastic material, and said second wall is formed in a microporous plastic material, - said cosmetic composition comprises a dilute solution of a plant complex of aqueous base having firming properties, - said plant complex comprises plant extracts having tonic-astringent properties, - said plant extracts having tonic-astringent properties come from plants chosen from the group comprising Juglans regia, Mespilus germanica and Pyrus germanica, - said plant complex comprises plant extracts having stimulating properties of collagen synthesis, - said plant extracts having stimulating properties of collagen synthesis come from Centella asiatica,

  - Said plant complex comprises excipients chosen from the group 20 comprising glycerin, butylene glycol and lecithin.

  The present invention also relates to a bra comprising

  two cups each comprising an outer shell and an inner lining, remarkable in that each of said cups comprises at least one cell in accordance with the above placed between said outer shell and said inner lining.

  According to other characteristics of this bra - each cell is removably mounted in the corresponding cup, - each of said cups comprises a first cell placed in the bottom cup and a second cell placed in the top cup, - the outer shell of said cups is formed from a resistant material such as polyamide, - the inner lining of said cups is formed from a material

  allowing the passage of said cosmetic composition from the interior of said cell 35 to the skin of a user's breasts.

  Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from

  reading the description which will follow and examining the attached drawing, in

  which: - Figure 1 is a front view of a bra according to the invention, and - Figure 2 is a sectional view along line 11-II of a bra cup of Figure 1. Referring now to FIG. 1, in which it can be seen that the brassiere 1 according to the invention comprises, as is known per se, a certain number of parts preferably assembled by sewing: 10 - central Basque 3, - cups 5a, 5b, - underarm glands 7a, 7b, - back flaps 9a, 9b, planks 1 1 a, 1l b, - stapling on door side 13a and hook side 13b, shoulder pads 15a, 15b,

- armature protectors 1 7a and 1 7b.

  Figure 2 is a sectional view of the right cup 5a for

  understand what is the originality of the bra according to the invention (it being understood of course that the cup 5b has the same characteristics).

  As can be seen in this figure, the cap 5a comprises an outer casing 19 formed from a resistant material such as polyamide, and a

  inner lining 21 formed from a permeable material such as tulle.

  The inner lining 21, which is intended to come into contact with the breast (not shown) has an upper edge 23 which is free, that is to say not connected to

the outer envelope 19.

  As can therefore be understood, the inner lining 21 defines a

  sort of pocket with the outer envelope 19.

  In this pocket there is a cell 25, that is to say in fact a sort of small tank comprising: - a first wall 27a, intended to be placed against the external envelope 19, - a second wall 27b, intended to be placed against said inner lining 21, and

  - A cosmetic composition 29, trapped between the first 27a and second 27b walls.

  The first wall 27a is formed in an impermeable material and the second wall 27b is formed in a material allowing the passage of the cosmetic composition 29 from the interior to the exterior of the cell 25. For example, the wall 27a can be formed in a non-porous plastic, and the second wall 27b can be formed from a microporous plastic. In one possible but in no way limitative embodiment, the cosmetic composition 29 may comprise a dilute solution of a basic plant complex

  aqueous with firming properties.

  These firming properties can be obtained with plant extracts having tonic-astringent properties and / or with extracts of

  plants with stimulating properties of collagen synthesis.

  The combined use of these two categories of plant extracts has proven to be particularly effective in firming the surface layers of the skin.

  The mode of use and the advantages of the bra according to the invention

  result directly from the above description.

  The bra 1 proper and the cells 25 are available separately.

  We can decide to wear bra 1 without cells, in which case we end up with a bra simply and conventionally providing support for the breasts. On the other hand, if one wishes to apply a firming treatment to the skin of the breasts, cells 25 are placed in each of the pockets defined by the

  inner lining 21 of the cups 5a, 5b.

  When the bra is in place on the breasts, the cells 25 come into contact with the latter and follow its forms. Due to the permeable nature of the wall 27b of each cell 25 of a

  on the one hand and of the lining 21 on the other hand, the firming cosmetic composition 29 located in each cell can filter through this wall and this lining as far as the skin of each breast, and thus permeate and firm the surface layers of this skin .

  Due to the impermeable nature of the wall 27a, the cosmetic composition

  29 cannot stain the outer shell of the bra cups.

  When the cells are almost empty, they are discarded and

replaced by new ones.

  Of course, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment

described and shown.

  Thus, for example, each cell 25 could have any other shape than that shown, and one could even consider placing several cells in each cap, for example one at the bottom cap and one at the top cap. 20

Claims (13)

  1. Cell (25) intended to be placed between the outer envelope (19) and the inner lining (21) of a cup (5a, 5b) of a bra (1), comprising: - a first wall (27a ), intended to be placed against said outer casing (19), - a second wall (27b), intended to be placed against said inner lining (21), and - a cosmetic composition, trapped between said first (27a) and second ( 27b) walls, characterized in that said first wall (27a) is formed in an impermeable material and in that said second wall (27b) is formed in a material allowing the passage of said cosmetic composition (29) from the inside   towards the outside of said cell (25).   2. Cell (25) according to claim 1, characterized in that said first wall (27a) is formed in a non-porous plastic material, and in that said second wall (27b) is formed in a microporous plastic material.   3. Cell (25) according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that   said cosmetic composition (29) comprises a dilute solution of an aqueous base plant complex having firming properties.   4. Cell (25) according to claim 3, characterized in that said complex   plant includes plant extracts with astringent tonic properties.   5. Cell (25) according to claim 4, characterized in that said plant extracts having tonic-astringent properties come from plants chosen from the group comprising Juglans regia, Mespilus germanica and Pyrus germanica.   6. Cell (25) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterized   in that said plant complex comprises plant extracts having properties stimulating the synthesis of collagen.   7. Cell (25) according to claim 6, characterized in that said plant extracts having properties of stimulation of collagen synthesis come from Centella asiatica.   8. Cell (25) according to any one of claims 3 to 7, characterized   in that said plant complex comprises excipients selected from the group   including glycerin, butylene glycol and lecithin.   9. Bra (1) comprising two cups (5a, 5b) each comprising an outer casing (19) and an inner lining (21), characterized in that each of said cups comprises at least one cell (25) conforming to any one of the preceding claims placed between said outer shell   (19) and said inner lining (21).   10. Bra (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that each cell (25) is removably mounted in the corresponding cap (5a, 5b).   11. Bra (1) according to one of claims 9 or 10, characterized in   that each of said caps (5a, 5b) comprises a first cell placed in   the lower cup and a second cell placed in the upper cup.   12. Bra (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 1, 15 characterized in that the outer envelope (19) of said cups (5a, 5b) is formed   in a resistant material such as polyamide.   13. Bra (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 12,   characterized in that the inner lining (21) of said cups (5a, 5b) is formed of a material allowing the passage of said cosmetic composition (29) from the interior of said cell (25) to the skin of the breasts a user.
