Abstract

The present invention relates to a packaging and distribution device (1), comprising: - a container (2) containing a first product (P1), - an application surface (4a) integral with the container (2) during application , - a closure cap (3) configured to be fixed in a removable manner on the container (2), this closure cap comprising: - fixing means to allow the fixing of the closure cap (3) on the container, - At least one housing containing a second product, this housing being able to open on one side of the capsule opposite the fixing means to allow the removal of the second product present in the housing.

Description

The present invention relates to devices for packaging and

  distribution of at least one product, in particular a cosmetic or care product.

  By "cosmetic product" is meant a product as defined in the

  Council Directive 93/3 5 / EEC of June 14, 1993.

  There are known, in particular from application FR-A-2 805 720, packaging and distribution devices comprising a container containing a product and an applicator member disposed on the container so as to be supplied with the product contained therein. this. The applicator member consists for example of an open cell foam which is crossed by the product coming from the container and of which a surface

  is used to apply the product, for example on the skin.

  Such devices may not be entirely suitable for the application of a product containing solid bodies of relatively large size, for example flakes, because these are liable to be retained within the organ of application and

  do not reach the surface used for the application.

  We know, moreover, from European patent application EP-A-1 044 625, an application assembly comprising a container provided with an application member containing a first product. This container is equipped with a capsule comprising a second product in the form of a solid bread or a powder. This second product can come to

  contact of the applicator member when the capsule is fixed on the container.

  It can be difficult for the user, with such an application set,

  to measure the quantity of second product which the application member takes care of.

  In addition, the second product contained in the capsule is in contact with ambient air when the latter is removed, which can pose a conservation problem,

  especially when the second product contains at least one volatile solvent.

  There is a need to benefit from a packaging device and

  distribution remedying all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks.

  According to one of its aspects, the subject of the invention is a packaging and distribution device which can make it possible to meet this need, comprising: - a container containing a first product, - an application surface integral with the container during the application, this application surface making it possible to transfer the product to the surface to be treated, for example the skin, the lips, the nails, the eyelashes or the eyebrows, - a closure capsule configured to be removably attached to the container, this closure capsule comprising: - fixing means to allow the closure of the closure capsule to the container, - at least one housing containing a second product, this housing being able to open on one side of the opposite capsule to the fixing means, to allow the

  removal of the second product present in the accommodation.

  The housing can be defined by a removable part or not of the closure capsule. With such a device, it is possible to make up makeup by depositing, for example on the skin, solid bodies which could not reach the application surface from the container, these solid bodies being constituted for example by flakes, by disposing these solid bodies in the housing and coming to collect them before

  the application with the application surface.

  In addition, it is possible to configure the capsule so that the housing can be closed in a substantially sealed manner even when the capsule is removed, this

  which allows a good conservation of the product contained inside.

  The fixing means may comprise, for example, a thread, a relief intended to allow the snap-fastening, for example a groove or an annular bead, or

  another part intended to cooperate by friction with the container.

  The fixing means may comprise a mounting skirt defining a space, inside the skirt, configured to allow the container to be engaged therein at least partially. The fixing means can be configured to allow closure

  tight container, when the closure cap is in place.

  Another subject of the invention is, according to another of its aspects, a packaging and distribution device, comprising: - a container containing a first product, - a closure capsule configured to be removably attached to the container, - an application surface capable of being contained in the assembly formed by the container and the closure capsule when the container is closed by the closure capsule, this application surface may or may not be integral with the container, - at least one housing defined by a removable part of the capsule, this removable part being able to be fixed on a base part of the capsule, the removable part being configured to allow the opening of the housing independently of the fixing of the removable part on the base part , the housing being able to contain at least

  partially an applicator and / or a second product.

  The first product can be a cosmetic or care product, which can be

solid or liquid for example.

  The first product can for example be in the form of a solid block forming a bread or a stick and the application surface can be constituted by at least part of the surface of said block. The first product may for example be intended

  to treat or make up the lips or the skin.

  When the product is liquid or powdery in particular, the application surface can also be defined by a first application member, for example 1 5 fixed on the container and supplied with product by the container or configured to withdraw

  product by being introduced into the container.

  The first application body may at least partially engage in a

  inner space of the closure capsule when the latter closes the container.

  The first application member may have a surface condition and various shapes and the application surface may, for example, have a generally shaped

  The first application member may be porous.

  It may for example include an open or closed cell foam.

  It can be compressible, comprising for example an elastically deformable material such as a foam of polyurethane, polyester, polyether, PVC,

NBR or felt.

  It can also be made of a non-compressible material, such as a sintered material, by

  example a sintered polyethylene, PVC, EVA, polyamide, brass.

  In particular when the first applicator member comprises a non-porous material, deformable or not, it can be pierced with at least one orifice allowing the passage

of the product.

  The first application member may comprise, externally, a skin made of an impermeable material and traversed by at least one orifice allowing the

passage of the first product.

  The application surface of the first application member can also be

  defined, for example, by a woven, non-woven, sieve or leather.

  The first application member may comprise several layers of different natures.

  The aforementioned housing can be formed in various ways.

  The closure capsule may include, for example, at least one cover which can assume a closed position in which it closes the housing and a

  open position in which it provides access to the accommodation.

  This cover may or may not be connected to the rest of the closure capsule when it is in the open position. When the cover is connected to the rest of the closure capsule in the open position, this can for example be by means of a film hinge or the like. The cover may or may not have a sealing lip, depending on the nature

of the product for example.

  As mentioned above, housing can be defined by a part

removable from the capsule.

  This removable part may comprise a body capable of being fixed in a removable manner on a base part of the capsule and a cover movable relative to this body,

  for example connected to the latter by a hinge, in particular a film hinge.

  The cover and the body of the removable part can be configured

  so as to be able to close the housing in a substantially sealed manner.

  The attachment of the body of the removable part to the base part of the capsule can be carried out in different ways, for example by snap-fastening, by screwing or by

friction.

  Depending on the desired aesthetics, the removable part of the capsule can be made of a material and / or with a color different from that (s) of the part of

base of the capsule.

  The closure capsule may include a mirror, for example carried by its

lid.

  The capsule may include at least one sealing lip capable of cooperating with

  the container, so as to close it substantially sealed.

  When the housing receives a product, this may for example be a powdery product, compacted or not, a cream, a gel, and may or may not have bodies

  solids such as glitter and / or pigments, for example mother-of-pearl.

  The first and second products, respectively contained in the container and in the housing, can be complementary, that is to say intended to be deposited

  simultaneously or successively on the same treated region.

  The color of the second product may be different from that of the first product.

  One of the two products may be a make-up or care product and the other a product intended to modify the color and / or the texture of the first product, so as to

  adapt its color to a particular skin color or make-up, for example.

  The second product can be placed in the housing by being poured into it for example or by being present in a cup or a container itself engaged

  at least partially in the accommodation.

  In an exemplary implementation of the invention, the housing can also receive a second applicator member, the latter possibly comprising, for example, a foam, flocked or not, a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a brush or a brush. , this list not being

  Another subject of the invention is, according to another of its aspects, a method for applying a composition, in particular a cosmetic or care composition, for example to the skin, comprising the following steps: - removing, with an application surface integral with a container containing a first product, a second product contained in at least one housing of a closure capsule of said container, the sampling being carried out while the closure capsule has been separated from the container,

  - apply this second product to an individual.

  Another subject of the invention is, according to another of its aspects, a method for applying a composition, in particular a cosmetic or care composition, for example to the skin, comprising the following step: - taking a product contained in a housing a closure capsule configured to be able to be removably attached to a container containing a different product, an application member being disposed on this container, this application member being present at least partially inside an interior space of the capsule

  when the latter is in place on the container.

  The abovementioned sample can be taken without crossing the interior space of the capsule receiving the applicator member disposed on the container. The sample can be taken, for example, using a finger or an applicator, while the

  Another subject of the invention, according to another of its aspects, is a method for forming a personalized packaging and distribution device, comprising the following steps: - supplying a container containing a first product, - making a selection from a set of closure capsules or removable parts of closure capsules each containing a second product different from the first product and / or an applicator member, - assembling a selected closure capsule with the container or attaching a selected removable portion to a base portion of the capsule

  FIGS. 1 and 2 show a device 1 comprising a container 2

  and a closure cap 3 which can be removably attached to the container 2.

  In the example considered, an applicator member 4 is fixed on the container 2, so as to be supplied with a product Pl contained inside of it, so that this product Pl can be present at the level of the external surface of the organ

  application 4, defining an application surface 4a.

  The container 2 may for example have a deformable wall, possibly with shape memory, making it possible to reduce its internal volume in order to

  The applicator member 4 may comprise, for example, a block of open cell foam or a sinter. Other applicators can also be used

  without departing from the scope of the present invention, as will be seen below.

  The closure cap 3 has a base part 6 and a removable part

  7, which may also be called "satellite".

  FIG. 3 shows the base part 6 in isolation in axial section.

  It can be seen that the latter comprises a first skirt 8, tubular with axis X, configured to be screwed onto a thread 9 of the container 2, and an annular sealing lip 10, coaxial, configured to be applied sealingly on a surface

of neck 11 of container 2.

  The base part 6 has a transverse wall 14, to which the skirt 8 and the sealing lip 10 are connected. A second skirt 12 extends, above the transverse wall 14, the

  first skirt 8, to allow the removable part 7 to be fixed on the base part 6.

  In the example considered, this second skirt 12 is internally threaded, of

  so as to cooperate with a corresponding thread 13 produced on the removable part 7.

  The first skirt 8 defines, with the transverse wall 14, an interior space 16 in which the container 2, and in particular the member, can penetrate at least partially

  application 4, when assembling the container with the closure cap 3.

  FIG. 4 represents the removable part 7 in isolation, after separation of

the basic part 6.

  In the example considered, the removable part 7 comprises on the one hand a body

  18 defining a housing 17 and on the other hand a cover 19.

  The housing 17 contains, in the example considered, a product P2, different from the

Pi product.

  The cover 19 may include an annular sealing lip 20, intended to be applied to the interior surface of the body 18 when the cover 19 is closed, and

possibly a mirror 21.

  The cover 19 is connected to the body 18, in the example considered, by a

  hinge 24 which can be, for example, a film hinge.

  Of course, the hinge 24 could be produced otherwise than in the form

a film hinge.

  In the variant embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the product P2 is

  contained in a cup 23 disposed inside the body 18.

  The first product P1 can for example be a liquid foundation and the product P2 a composition comprising glitter or pigments such as mother-of-pearl, which could not easily reach the application surface 4a if it were contained in

  the container 2 and had to pass through the applicator member 4.

  To use the device 1, the user can unscrew the closure cap 3 and come to collect, with the application surface 4a, product P2 in the housing 17 to

  inside the body 18, after opening the cover 19, as illustrated in FIG. 6.

  The user can easily load the application member 4 with the

  product P2, in order to obtain the desired makeup result.

  The device 1 is particularly suitable for the application of two complementary products P1 and P2 which can be used simultaneously or successively, in

variable proportions.

  The product P2 can in particular be a colored product and it is possible to come to collect it with the application member 4 just the quantity necessary to obtain the shade of

desired color.

  When the product P2 is a product whose consistency allows it not to penetrate deep into the application member 4, the product P2 removed by the application member 4 can be easily removed, for example by washing or by contact with the skin or with a cleaning member, which has an advantage when the same application member 4 is intended to be used successively with products P2 having

different colors.

  In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the product P2 is not removed by means of the application member 4 but with another application member or with a finger, as illustrated in FIG. 7. Sampling using another applicator or a finger can avoid depositing on the applicator 4

of product P2.

  The closure cap 3 may include a base part 6 and a part

  removable 7 which can be assembled other than by screwing.

  By way of example, there is shown in FIG. 8 an alternative embodiment in which the base part 6 and the removable part 7 have reliefs 26 and 27 configured to cooperate by snap-fastening. The removable part 7 comprises for example a circular groove 27 and the base part 6 a corresponding bead 26. The base parts

  6 and removable 7 could still cooperate by friction.

  It is possible, without departing from the scope of the present invention, to modify the shape of the removable part 7 and in particular to produce the latter with a cover 19 separable from the body 18, for example a cover 19 configured to be screwed onto a thread 30 of the body. 18

  The closure cap 3 has a base part 6 configured so that it can be screwed onto the container 2 and comprises a removable part 7 comprising a

housing 17.

  The removable part 7 is fixed for example by snap-fastening on the part of

  base 6, on which the rod 50 is connected.

  The housing 17 contains a product P2 and can be closed by a cover 19,

  the latter being for example connected by a film hinge 24 to the rest of the removable part.

  It is not beyond the scope of the present invention when the first product P1 is in the form of a relatively solid block. The application surface 4a can

  in this case be defined by a part of the external surface of this block of product.

  By way of example, there is shown in FIG. 12 in the extended position a lipstick stick defining an application surface 4a and carried by a container 2

  consisting of a lipstick case mechanism.

  The container can be closed by a capsule 3 which has a part

removable 7 and a base part 6.

  The housing 17 may contain, in a variant implementation of the invention, not a product but a second applicator member, possibly

  loaded with a product different from that contained in the container 2.

  In the example of FIGS. 13 and 14, the removable part 7 comprises an applicator member 40, comprising for example a brush, and which can be fixed so

  permanent or not on the removable part 7.

  It can be seen in these figures that the cover 19 can be configured so as to conform to the external shape of the applicator member 40. It can also be seen that the container 2 can comprise, for example, a tube whose

  the lower end 41 is heat sealed.

  The second application member 40 can be used to apply the product contained in the container 2, for example in order to carry out a finish, following use

  or not beforehand from the first application member 4.

  The applicator member 40 may also have been loaded with a second product and the applicator member 4 may be brought into contact with the applicator member 40

  The closure capsule may include either a product or an application member. It may however be otherwise, and the closure capsule may include both at least one product different from the product contained in the container 2 and at least one

  additional enforcement body.

  Illustrations are given in Figures 18 and 19.

  It can be seen in FIG. 18 that the removable part 7 of the closure capsule may include an applicator member 40 which may be integral with a container 43 containing a product different from that contained in the container 2. This container 43 can be configured to be fixed on the base part of the closure capsule, for example having a bottom configured so that it can be snapped onto it. A cover of

  closure 19 can be provided for fixing by screwing, for example, on the container 43.

  The latter may or may not be similar to container 2.

  It can be seen in FIG. 18 that the base part 6 can include a housing 17 which can contain a product P2, this housing being closed when the container 43 is fixed on

  It is not beyond the scope of the present invention when the capsule of

  closure 3 has more than one application member.

  By way of example, FIG. 19 shows a device comprising a container 2 able to be closed by a capsule 3 comprising a base part 6 and a housing which can be closed by a cover 19, the latter possibly being for example connected by a film hinge to the base part 6. This housing can receive a product or an application member. The cover 19 can be configured to allow the attachment of a

  second container 63 comprising fixing means 60.

  The container 63 comprises, for example, an applicator member 64 and a closure capsule which may include, like the example described with reference to FIG. 13, a base part 66 and a removable part 67, which can accommodate an application member. It is not beyond the scope of the present invention when the closure cap 3 does not have a removable part, as will now be described in

reference to figure 20.

  We see in this figure that the housing 17 can be defined by a wall

  annular 44, extending the first skirt 8, and by the transverse wall 14.

  The housing 17 can be closed by a cover 19, like the mode of

  embodiment of Figures 1 and 2, for example.

  In the example of Figure 20, the interior space 16 and the housing 17 are non-communicating, so that when the closure cap 3 is not in place on the container 2 and the cover 19 is in its position closing, the housing 17 is closed in a substantially sealed manner and the product P2 contained inside can

  keep in good conditions.

  In particular when the product P2 does not contain a volatile solvent, communication can be carried out between the interior space 16 and the housing 17, as illustrated in FIG. 21, thanks to at least one orifice 45 passing through the transverse wall 14, for example . It can also be seen in FIG. 21 that the product P2 can be contained,

  especially in this case, in a cup 23.

  It is not beyond the scope of the present invention when the closure capsule 3 comprises several housings 17 capable of each containing a member

application or product.

  By way of example, FIGS. 22 to 25 show a packaging and distribution device comprising a container 2 containing a first product P1 and a closure capsule 3 comprising a base part 6 which can be fixed on the container 2 for close it and a removable part 7 comprising a plurality of housings

17 may overlap.

  Each housing 17 is formed by a box 77 in the form of a cup.

  With the exception of the housing 77 which is fixed on the base part 6, the other housings 77 are fixed on the closing cover of the immediately lower housing or

  are configured to serve as a cover for the next lower case.

  In the case where a housing is configured to form the immediately preceding housing cover, the bottom wall of the housing may have on its underside, a sealing lip 20 which can be configured to fit tightly on the

immediately lower case.

  Each lip 20 may further comprise a bead 20a projecting from its radially outermost surface, intended to snap into a groove

  Each housing may also include, as seen in the figures, a tab 78, diametrically opposite the hinge 24, and facilitating the opening of the corresponding housing. We see in the example shown that the hinges 24 may not overlap when the device is viewed from above but be offset

  angularly around the stacking axis of the boxes 77.

  The housings 17 can contain different products, for example

  products with different colors.

  The user can open the column formed by stacking the boxes 17

  The presence of the hinges 24 between the housings makes it possible to avoid having to place a part during use and makes it possible to manipulate the closure capsule with one hand. The closure capsule 3 with several housings 77 can be associated with different types of containers, for example a tube 2, the lower end of which has been heat-sealed,

as shown in Figure 26.

  Each tab 79b can be produced by an extension of a hinged cover on a housing. With the exception of the first box starting from the bottom, all the boxes 77 can be fixed, for example by gluing or by welding, on the upper face of the

  cover associated with the immediately lower case.

  In the examples of FIGS. 22 to 27, the housing 77 adjacent to the base part

  6 is removably attached thereto.

  It is not beyond the scope of the present invention when the body of the first housing from the bottom is formed in one piece with the base part 6 and is not

  detachably connected to it, as can be seen in Figure 28.
