Abstract

Liner is pressed from high purity or lower grade aluminum or aluminum sheet, e.g. 0.10 - 0.12 mm thick, over whose whole surface area anodic treatment provides oxide layer 5 - 20 microns thick. Circular base area merges with upstand in transitional curved zone similar to that between pan bottom and sides, and upstand forms slightly divergent truncated cone whose rim closely fits against pan wall, so that, while slight pressure is needed for insertion, any tendency to lift during cooking is suppressed. For typical pan 13 cm in diameter at top, with 11.5 cm interior base diameter and sides 7 cm high, liner would have 13 cm diameter at top of upstand, 11 cm base diameter and 3 cm high upstand. Liners are intended to be thrown away after use.

REVENDICATIONS 1- Dispositif jetable destiné à empêcher les phénomènes d'attache des denrées alimentaires pendant leur cuisson en milieu aqueux dans des ustensiles dont le fond restera propre après usage,caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un disque en métal, notamment et sans que ceci soit limitatif de l'invention,en Aluminium A.5 d'épaisseur comprise entre 100 et 120/1000 de mil- limètre,recouvert électrolytiquement d'une couche d'alumine dure de 5 à 20 microns d'épaisseur en bain sulfurique froid - avec colmatage sans adjuvant. 2- Dispositif selon la revendication 1- caractérisé en ce que le disque en métal présente un relevé de sa circonférence en configuration conique. 3- Dispositif selon les revendications 1- et 2- caractéri sé en ce qu'il existe un arrondi entre le fond plat et le relevé du disque.1.
