Abstract

A drinks container (6) e.g. carton or bottle has a chamber holding fluid which is sub-divided into two smaller chambers by the presence of a membrane. Drink is drawn from the first smaller chamber using a drinking straw (8). Following exhaustion of the contents of the first chamber, the straw is forced through the membrane, providing access to the contents in the second smaller chamber.

  The present invention relates to a container and in particular

  a container with two compartments.

  It has been found that the conventional container for so-called non-alcoholic drinks is designed to receive only a single type of non-alcoholic drink so that when it is necessary to transport different types of such drinks, it is necessary to have recourse to a large

  number of containers, which leads to many drawbacks.

  This is why an objective of the present invention is the production of a double-compartment container for non-alcoholic drinks which can avoid and at least reduce the drawbacks.

  Referring to the drawings and in particular to Figures 1 and 2 thereof, it can be seen that the container according to the present invention comprises, in general, a parallelepipedic envelope

  outer and an inner parallelepipedic envelope 66. The envelope

Claims (2)

  1. Double compartment container characterized in that it comprises: an outer envelope (6) having an upper side; and an inner casing (66) dimensioned so as to fit inside said outer casing thereby forming   a compartment (666) between the upper outer side of said envelope   inner envelope and the inner upper side of said outer envelope   superior; whereby said container can receive drinks of two types so that one can use a straw (8) to pierce   said outer envelope and introduce it into said compartment   ment to drink a drink of a first type then pierce said envelope   inner louver (66) for sucking a second type of drink   after you finish drinking the drink of the first type.   2. Double compartment container according to claim 1, characterized in that said outer and inner envelopes   contain drinks of different types which can be mixed   aged together to give a third type of flavor, this mixture can be obtained by using a straw to pierce the envelopes exterior and interior.
