 The present invention relates to a composition for topical use, comprising at least three active ingredients each obtained from a milk, solubilized or dispersed in at least one phase of a vehicle or excipient, and the use of said composition as a cosmetic product and / or dermatological drug, especially for treating acne.

 Acne-prone oily skin has, due to their genetic factors, and / or the conditions of their environment, excessive sebum production. Sebum is made up of fatty acids; are unsaturated and oxidize easily in the air. The oxidation of these lipids will create lipoperoxides and oxygen free radicals, which will cause irritations, hypersensitivity of the skin and reaction hyperseborrhoea.

 A particular microbial flora, composed of pathogenic micro-organisms, is gradually being put in place at the expense of the traditional saprophytic flora. This pathogenic flora feeds on triglycerides present in excess on the surface of the epidermis. As a result, lipases secreted by these microorganisms hydrolyze triglycerides to glycerol and free fatty acids, which in turn become irritating.

 It has therefore proved important, in view of the problems associated with the solutions currently proposed for oily skin, to propose an effective composition without side effects, useful as a cosmetic care product, and also useful as a dermatological therapeutic product. .

 The present invention solves these problems by proposing a composition for topical use comprising at least three active principles, solubilized or dispersed in at least one phase of a vehicle or excipient. Each active ingredient has a dairy origin, and the three active ingredients are respectively a glycoprotein fraction, a lactoferrin-based fraction and a colostrum.

 By "dairy origin" is meant that the active principle in question is obtained from any secretion of the mammary glands, in particular of a milk, in a mammalian animal species, for example a cow, before, when, or after said species is breastfeeding.

 By "obtained from" is meant that the active ingredient originates from said secretion, as a natural product thereof by any physical treatment, for example fractionation, and / or chemical, and / or biological.

 The term "glycoprotein fraction" means all or part of the glycoproteins contained in a milk, modified or not, obtained by purification and / or fractionation of said milk, for example by fractionation of casein.  The term "lactoferrin-based fraction" means any fraction obtained by purification or fractionation of a milk, and comprising, in the pure state, or in a mixture, a lactoferrin or lactotransferrin.  Colostrum is a relatively rich liquid in sugars and amino acids, obtained just before lactation of any lactating mammal. Apart from its synergistic action with the other fractions of the composition according to the invention, colostrum is used as such for its moisturizing, powerful action, which soothes irritated skin. It is perfectly adapted to the treatment of dehydrated oily skin.

 It has been surprising that compositions as described above, and in more detail in the following examples, exhibit topical activity with respect to oily or oily skin.

 In a preferred embodiment, the total weight concentration of the active ingredients is between 0.001 and 90%, preferably between 0.01 and 10%, and for example between 0.1 and 5%.

 In an even more preferred embodiment, the concentrations of the glycoprotein fraction, the lactoferrin-based fraction and the colostrum fraction are respectively between 0.02 to 8%, 0.001 to 2% and 0.1 to 20%.

 The vehicle of a composition according to the invention is an emulsion which can be chosen from the group consisting of the O / W, E / H, O / W / H and E / H / E types.

 In a preferred embodiment, the emulsion is of O / W or W / O type.

Claims (13)
