Abstract

The applicator is a long hollow body which is formed from two moulded semi-shells (1,2). These are joined by a rib (13) on one semi-shell that clips into a groove (12) in the other semi-shell. Each semi-shell has one row of teeth (3,4) that are staggered longitudinally. A hollow handle (7) is joined to one semi-shell.

Claims

1. 4. Comb according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that half-shells are assembled by clipping a rib (13) belonging to a half-shell (2) in a groove (12) formed in the other half-shell (1).

5. Comb according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the half-shells (1, 2) are centered during assembly by at least one stud (14, 16) coming from molding with a half-shell and entering a corresponding housing (15, 17) formed in the other half-shell.

6. Comb according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pitch of the teeth (3, 4) on each half-shell (1, 2) is approximately 1.5 mm, and the pitch of the teeth (3 , 4) after assembly of the two half-shells is approximately 0.75 mm.
