Abstract

The case (10) is shaped as a parallelepiped. It is made using the operations of cutting, folding and adhering from a blank piece of composite material. It has one layer of ridged material (11) which is arranged between two covering layers. The ridged material is sandwiched between two covering layers. One of these is designated as the external layer (14) and the other is designated as the internal layer (13). These are arranged to be in contact with the product and maybe made from corrugated cardboard. The internal layer is made from absorbent material whilst the external layer and the layer of ridged material are made from material that is resistant to moisture.
