Abstract

The shoe (1) comprises a heel piece (4) connected to the upper (3) by two flexible bands (5). These two bands are formed by a single band fixed to the inside of the heel piece and the adjacent edges of the upper. The band passes through an eyelet (6) on top of the heel piece. When the heel piece is folded down it has the aspect of a slipper which can be easily slipped on. The heel piece can be folded down enabling the easy fitting of the shoe.
