Abstract

The device is designed for fixing the bumpers (1) to the chassis (2) of the vehicle, where the bumper consists of a central longitudinal section (1a), extended at each side by lateral, return sections (1b). The bumpers are fixed to the chassis by means of at least one support element (10), which is formed from two support brackets (11,15). The support brackets are each formed to present one face (11a and 15a), which is inclined towards the chassis and is such that the slope of the face is directed towards the upper part of the vehicle. One of the two support brackets is constructed as a wedge (11), which has a profile in the shape of a ramp. The other support bracket (15) is constructed with a sloping slideway, of complementary form, such that the bumper slides up the ramp into position, where it is secured by the screw (5).
