Abstract

The games field is formed in a cavity (2) of predetermined depth and with dimensions large enough to equal the grassed surface. In the bottom (3) of the cavity, a drainage network (4) is formed from perforated tubes. An under bed (5) of granular material is laid to a depth (P1), which is less than the depth (H) of the cavity. A second bed (6) is laid on the under bed and allows the growth of the roots of the grass. It consists of a mixture of sand and fibres. A sealing layer (7) is laid in the base of the cavity, below the under bed. The edges of the sealing material are raised to form a basin (8), which contains the whole field. The under bed is formed from sand and is designed to form a reservoir of water.

L'invention se rapporte à un terrain de jeux engazonné. The invention relates to a grassed playground.

Classiquement les terrains de rugby, football ou autres jeux, qui présentent en surface un gazon, sont construits de la manière suivante
- on délimite, par exemple en creusant le sol, une cavité de profondeur prédéterminée et de dimensions au moins égales à la surface à engazonner,
- on pose dans le fond de la cavité un réseau de drainage constitué par une pluralité de tubes perforés,
- on constitue une sous-couche d'un matériau granuleux d'épaisseur légèrement inférieure à la profondeur de la cavité et
- on constitue superficiellement, au dessus de cette souscouche, une deuxième couche dite couche d'enracinement dans laquelle pénètreront les racines du gazon.Conventionally, rugby, football or other games, which have a lawn on the surface, are constructed as follows

ce terrain de jeux étant caractérisé en ce que
- d'une part, il comprend, entre le fond de la cavité et le réseau de drainage, un moyen d'étanchéité dont les bords sont relevés pour former un bassin et,
