Abstract

A garment has a fastener such as a sliding clasp fastener(1) which is equipped with an electromechanical detector to set off a sound or light signal when the fastener is operated. The detector can be in the slider (2) and designed to activate the signal emitter when it reaches a stop (3) at the end of the fastener. In a variant the fastener can be in the form of a press stud with two complementary components made from an electrically conducting material to activate the signal.

 The present invention relates to a garment, in particular an educational garment for children.

 I1 relates more specifically to a garment having closure means such as a zipper, velcro or snaps.

 The invention relates to the fact that these closing means are provided with a detector delivering a signal capable of activating a sound or visual signaling means.

 According to an advantageous embodiment, the closure detector is constituted by an electrical contactor.

 According to another advantageous embodiment, the closing detector consists of two close contacts when the closing means is in the closed position.

 According to a particular embodiment, the detector is provided at the end of the zipper. Advantageously, it consists of a micro-sensor which is activated when the zipper arrives at the upper stop of the zipper.

 FIG. 1 represents a front view of a garment equipped with a device according to a first variant. The garment comprises a zipper (1) provided with a pull tab (2) in accordance with what is known in the state of the art.

 This pull tab further comprises an electromechanical contactor activated when the pull pull reaches the stop, at the upper end (3) of the closure.

 This contactor (4) is arranged in an electrical circuit comprising a battery (5), an electronic circuit (6) capable of generating a low frequency signal and an amplifier whose output is connected to a loudspeaker (7). The electrical circuit further includes an electric bulb (8). According to the embodiment of the electronic circuit, the electric bulb (8) lights up and the loudspeaker (7) produces an audible signal, for example a synthetic path or a sound signal, when the zipper arrives at the end of race, and for a pre-defined period of time only.

 To this end, the electronic circuit (6) includes a timer known per se deactivating the emission of the sound and light signal at the end of said predetermined time.

 According to an alternative embodiment, the contactor fitted to the pull tab (2) is activated when each of the teeth of the slide fastener (1) passes.

 In this case, the sound and light signal occurs at the passage of each time, and this during the closing of the garment, or during the opening of this garment.

 The electromechanical contactor (4) can be produced in various forms. I1 can for example be a contactor with elastic blades open at rest, and ensuring an electrical connection when said blade is pushed back by a tooth of the slide fastener, or by the end stop of the slide fastener.

 FIG. 2 represents another embodiment in which the garment is closed using press buttons made up of two complementary parts (10, 11). In an alternative embodiment, these complementary parts (10, 11) are made of an electrically conductive material.

Closing the press button closes the electrical circuit in which a sound or visual generator is integrated.

 According to another embodiment, one of the complementary parts (10, 11) comprises an electromechanical sensor passing into the working position when the press button is closed.

 The invention is described in the foregoing by way of nonlimiting example. It is understood that a person skilled in the art will be able to produce different variants without departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims (7)

 1 - Garment comprising a closure means such as a zipper, hook closures or press buttons characterized in that the 10 closure means comprise an electromechanical detector capable of activating a sound signal or a light signal when the means closing is activated.  2 - Garment according to claim 1 characterized in that the closure means is constituted by a zipper (1) provided with a pull (2) comprising an electromechanical detector.  3 - Garment according to claim 2 characterized in that the zipper comprises an electromechanical detector actuated when the zipper arrives at the stop (3) of the zipper (1).  4 - Garment according to claim 2 characterized in that the zipper (2) comprises an electromechanical sensor (4) activated when the teeth of the zipper (1) pass.  5 - Garment according to claim 1 characterized in that the closure means is constituted by a press button consisting of two complementary parts (10, 11).  6 - Garment according to claim 5 characterized in that the complementary parts (10, 11) are made of electrically conductive material.  7 - Garment according to claim 5 characterized in that one of the complementary parts (10, 11) comprises an electromechanical detector activating an audible or light signal in the event of closure.
