Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a stopper having a control

  apparent of the tamper-evident closure.

  It also relates to an assembly comprising a container and such an associated or integrated stopper. Finally, it relates to this set including a

  There are also known sealing means of this type in which the cover and the seal are originally integral but subsequently separable (for example FR-A-2 716 407) or, on the contrary in which the cover and the seal are originally separated from each other. According to document FR-A-2 716 407, it is intended that a sealable joint comprises an extension intended to constitute a tear-off tab, no other function

  not being given to this tab.

  Finally, we know, applied to caps or more generally to packages of visible witnesses of

  the inviolability of said caps or packaging.

  These means are, most often, provided for this single function and are attached to the cap or

  packaging or complete it.

  The object of the invention is to propose a stopper having an apparent witness to the inviolability which is,

  simple design, easy to manufacture and efficient.

  To this end, the invention proposes a plug of the type indicated above, the closure means of which are with a seal and seal as indicated above, in which the seal comprises, at its periphery, at least one part in extension which, originally and when the lid is in the closed state, forms passing between the body and the lid at least one projecting, external, visible part constituting or forming part of a
