La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'injection prérempli de produits pharmaceutiques permettant d'une part de régler la longueur de l'aiguille avant l'injection et d'autre part de neutraliser la dite aiguille aprés injection.DESCRIPTION

La différence des morphotypes humains impose d'avoir recours à des aiguilles de longueur variable selon les individus;et le risque de contamination par piqûre accidentelle avec une aiguille souillée impose de neutraliser la dite aiguille aprés injection. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de répondre à ce double objectif.Il comporte selon une première caractéristique une partie avant appelée garde qui coulisse avec la partie arrière appelée poignée de façon ajustable le long de l'aiguille pour en déterminer la longueur apparente avant l'injection jusqu'à une position extrême qui la masque intégralement aprés l'injection.Selon une autre caractéristique le dispositif comprend un tube de verre contenant le liquide à injecter qui est délimité par un piston amont et un piston aval.Le piston aval proche de l'ouverture du tube est destiné à être perforé par la pointe arrière de l'aiguille solidaire de la poignée puis à progresser dans le tube sur lequel s'exerce la forc de l'utilisateur pour comprimer le liquide qui s'écoule alors par l'aiguille.Il est à noter que le piston amont ne se déplace pas pendant la phase d'injection; en effet, sa contrainte de serrage dans le tube, associée à un rectrecissement du tube luiSpermettent de rester immobile.
