Abstract

The fixing and locking unit of two metal sections, with one section (2) forming part of the furniture. This has a base (3) and drop sides (4,5) which extends along its length. Cut-outs are provided (6,7) in the drop sides which partially align up with circular holes (10,11) provided in a mount or foot (1). The holes and cut outs are traversed by a key (14) having a segment (15) whose section is not circular, where the rotation of the latter in the cut outs and the holes produces a clamping of the end (12) of the foot or mount (1) against the base (3) of the section (2) with drop sides (4,5).
