Abstract

The panel is flexible and is formed by assembly of a flexible facing layer (1) adhered (2) to a flexible sheet (3) having perforations (4). The sound absorbing facing can be formed by a foam of open cells or a fibrous material. The flexible sheet is preferably formed by a layer of flexible wood which is perforated and glued on a textile web or by a flexible vinyl film which is also perforated.
