Abstract

The container is made in two halves (1,2), joined together and sealed by a high-frequency weld, leaving an aperture (3) in one section, which is sealed after the container has been filled. The container is made in an ornamental shape which is connected with the liquid inside it, e.g. a dog-shape for a container of dog shampoo, a bone shape for pet medication, or in the form of earrings to contain a perfume. In other variants, a container for perfume could be made in the shape of a jewel, made from a material tinted in the appropriate colour.

Description

 The present invention called a plastic packaging or ornamental device containing a liquid or a substance symbolizing the content. The device consists of a sealed enclosure made of transparent plastic.

This enclosure receives the liquid or the substance in relation to the external shape of the subject in order to constitute a packaging or ornamental object used as such, in particular in the field of costume jewelery or packaging, plastic materials are commonly used in matter, more or less imitating natural or synthetic precious stones. These plastic objects are characterized by a great lightness, which increases the impression of dummy object. This lightness and content is independent of the symbol of the profile of the object. In addition, certain liquids (shampoos, insecticides, perfumes, hygiene products) are sold in bottles with labeling.

 The present invention overcomes these drawbacks by presenting a hollow plastic device, produced by assembling two thermoformed shells containing a liquid used according to the symbol of the object.

 During the welding of these two shells, one or two appendages are molded at the weld level which will serve to fill the device with liquid and which are torn off to recover it. The filling liquid consists either of a solution containing the substance that is sold or a perfume symbolically linked to a precious stone or a flower that the object suggests. The liquid contained in the enclosure weighs it down and makes it possible to stabilize the balance of the assembly when it is marketed. In costume jewelry, we reproduce the color of the precious stone that we want to simulate with a perfume in relation to its symbol. The liquid may contain solid elements, creating a decorative whole living in relation to the symbol of the packaging.

 The invention known as a method for producing plastic packaging or ornamental objects containing a liquid is characterized in that it consists of two thermoformed homothetic shells which, when combined, form an enclosure; on these shells, one or two appendages were molded or shaped to fill the enclosure with liquid (shampoo, insecticide, perfumes which may contain solid elements; the device is designed with hanging accessories when it is intended for jewelry fantasy or designed in such a way that it symbolizes content in the subject represented by the object.

 The invention will be better understood thanks to the appended drawings which are only presented by way of example in an embodiment of fancy objects whose purpose is diverse.

 Figure 1 of the plate 1/2 represents two shells which will be joined to constitute an animal figurine intended for the sale of product for animals.

 Figure 2 of plate 1/2 represents two shells which, joined together, will constitute a plastic bone containing a figurine and containing a liquid or a substance intended for dogs and cats.

 Figures 3 and 4 of plate 2/2 show two shells constituting an enclosure containing the liquid and intended for costume jewelry; FIG. 4 represents a pendant made according to the same technique with a solid element inside the type of flowers identifying the perfume contained.

 Referring to Figure 1 there are two shells (1) and (2) representing a dog.

 These two shells have been molded by a thermoformer and are homothetic with respect to each other along the axis (10). The legs of the animal shown seated serve as appendages (3).

 The two shells are joined together in a plastic of the transparent polyethylene type, for example by means of high frequency welding. The welding of the two shells forms a sealed enclosure but spares the appendages (3) constituting the legs of the animal. When the two shells are joined by welding, the liquid intended for the use of a dog is introduced by means of a syringe into the appendages (3).

 We finish the animal model by closing off the appendages (3) using a hot weld, applied locally at the legs and which we tear off when extracting the liquid.

According to Figure 2 of the plate 1/2 there are shown two shells (1) (2) molded in flexible polyethylene plastic having the profile of a bone. These two shells are homothetic with respect to the axis of the plane (10). They each carry a part of the external appendix (3). The two shells are joined by a high frequency weld constituting a sealed enclosure with a sparing at the level of the appendages (3). Before joining the two shells by welding, a solid element (5) was placed inside the assembly. This solid element can be chosen from figurines representing for example a bone of smaller dimensions than the enclosure. When the two shells have been assembled, the enclosure is filled with the liquid marketed for the dog by means of a syringe passing through the appendix (3).
After filling, the appendix is closed with a weld and the object constitutes a packaging symbolizing the use (dog shampoo, for example).

 FIG. 3 of plate 2/2 shows the production of earrings according to the same method.

 These earrings of various shapes consist of 2 shells (1) and (2) transparent, homothetic one part relative to the other along the axis of symmetry (10). These two shells are provided with upper orifices (6) intended for attachment. One of the two shells carries an appendage (3) which will be used for filling the perfume when these two shells are joined by welding to form a sealed assembly. The liquid filling perfume can be tinted with a color reminiscent of a precious stone (ruby, emerald, sapphire).

 When the filling is completed the appendix (3) used for filling is removed by means of a heating scissor reducing both the filling and the separation of the appendix from the earring. This appendage will be torn off to recover the perfume when the time comes.

 Finally, there is shown in Figure 4 of the plate 2/2 the use of the method for making a pendant.

 According to the same technique as previously described, the pendant (7) consists of two shells molded by thermoforming and homothetic with respect to each other.

Before the meeting of these two shells, a decorative element (8), such as a flower, was housed in the interior enclosure formed by these two shells. When the two shells were welded together, an appendage (9) placed on the upper level was spared. This appendix will fill the pendant with an aqueous or oily perfume in which the decorative element symbolizing the perfume will float like a ludion. In another variant, it is possible to introduce an opaque liquid containing fish scale powder simulating the effect of a pearl.

After filling, the appendix (9) will be closed by welding and can be used to attach the pendant to a necklace or a jeweler's chain.

Claims (1)

CLAIM 1  Process for producing a plastic packaging or ornamental object containing a liquid, characterized in that the object consists of homothetic, thermoformed shells which, joined and welded, constitute a sealed enclosure symbolizing the content and provided with an appendage used to fill the enclosure; the liquid contained is related to the profile of the object in order to define its use; the enclosure can receive a decorative solid element immersed in the liquid. CLAIM 2  Method for producing a plastic packaging or ornamental object containing a liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that the production of a sealed enclosure is obtained by means of two thermoformed plastic shells (1) (2) which are homothetic with respect to to an axis (10) which is joined by high frequency welding. CLAIM 3  Method for producing a plastic packaging or ornamental object containing a liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that the filling of the sealed enclosure closed by the two shells (1) and (2) is obtained by means of a syringe which injects the liquid for sale according to the symbol of the figurine through an appendix (3) spared by the solder and closed hot after filling to be subsequently torn off in order to use the content. CLAIM 4  Method for producing a plastic packaging or ornamental object containing a liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealed enclosure constituted by the two shells (1) and (2) can receive in addition to the liquid a decorative element (9) solid by means of its positioning inside the enclosure before the welding of the two shells (1) and (2).
