Abstract

The heater comprises connecting, regulating and heating units (12,14,16) formed as individually replaceable assemblies, with plug-in connectors (24). A burner works with a heat-exchanger, and an inner piping system. Air feed and discharge systems and regulators are provided for heat output and/or temperature. The Different outputs are obtainable within the same floor surface area (26). The connecting unit can have unions for gas, and cold and hot water. It also has a socket for an electric supply, and mountings for further units. All unions apart from those for the gas, can be of the plug-in type. The mountings can have holder for the additional units, also ones fixing it to a wall.
