Abstract

The invention relates to a labelling system making it possible to identify successive recordings made on video cassettes, and making it possible to know how many successive recordings have been made on the same cassette. The system consists of a sheaf of labels, the latter being detachable (Figure 1) and each bearing a number indicating the number of recordings made (D). In order to be easily detached, the labels are of increasing size (B). The gluing of the sheath of labels can be done laterally (A) or on the surface of the reverse side of the labels (A'). This labelling system is intended for amateur or professional video cassettes, for video recorders or camcorders.
