Abstract

The container according to the invention comprises, as a result of moulding, a peripheral surround (8) which extends substantially in the plane of its upper face, at a slight distance from the rim (7) which delimits its opening and which is connected to the latter by means of two attachment tabs (9) located at two opposite locations on the said rim (7). The two hoops (8', 8''), constituted by the surround (8), are intended to be folded such that their transverse elements are applied one against the other substantially in the transverse plane of symmetry of the container and in such a way as to form a handle. The invention applies in particular to the making of trays used for containing small pots or pots used in horticulture.
