Abstract

The invention relates to a device permitting the spraying and renewal of a man's fragrance in a pocket atomizer. It consists of a cylindrical casing 3 onto which is screwed an atomizer body 5 traversed by an atomizer head 4, the suction tube of which is immersed in a cartridge 6 which is itself screwed or driven into the atomising body 5 and contained in the protective sheath 3. The upper part of the assembly is protected by a cap screwed onto the body 3 and provided with a fastening bar. The device according to the invention, in the form of a pen, and rechargeable, is intended particularly for spraying a man's fragrance in parallel with the conventional handbag atomizer intended hitherto for ladies. Its particular feature is that it is placed in the inner pocket of the jacket; ease of use, discreetness and longevity of the product.

POCKET VAPORIZER
RECHARGEABLE FOR MEN
The present invention relates to a spray device with perfume refill.

 The user of the vaporizer for men is traditionally carried out using bulky bottles which cannot be carried in a pocket, and which cannot be recharged.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. lt indeed has, according to a first characteristic, a cylindrical or other casing approaching the shape of a luxurious pen, made of plastic or metal. This cylinder separates in two and lets appear a vaporizer; so when the user presses on the head of the vaporizer he can perfume himself. The invention, once closed, thanks to its lateral tab, similar to that of the pen, fits in the pocket of a jacket, a shirt or the like.

 The device according to the invention also makes it possible to recharge this vaporizer using cartridges provided for this purpose. The cylinder once separated in two lets appear the vaporizer.

 The head of the vaporizer unscrews itself from the body of the invention and then lets appear a perfume cartridge, glass or metal. It is sufficient to separate the cartridge from the body of the vaporizer by pulling or unscrewing, depending on the model, to replace the empty cartridge with a new and full cartridge.

 According to the particular embodiments: - The cap can be, in any shape, in plastic or in precious metal or not, or in wood.

 - The body can also be of any shape, any material, plastic, wood, steel, precious or not.

- The spray head can be longer or shorter, can include one or more speed or thoracic seals, used for sealing, the location of the cartridge at
level of tightness can be screwed or simply pushed in.

 - The vaporizer is standard or specific depending on the model.

- The perfume cartridge, can be glass or metal, containing 1.5 ml to 5 ml or
no more perfume, it will be pressed or screwed into the spray head, sealed by the speed or thorax seals. There may also be, if necessary, a plated seal between the cartridge and the vaporizer head.

Figure 1 shows in section, the device according to the invention closed.

 With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a cylindrical casing 1, part of which, the cap 2 separated from the body 3, reveals a pressure vaporization system 4, and its support 5.

 Inside the spray 5 passes the spray 4. The cartridge 6 is screwed or sinks on the spray head 5.

 The seal is effected either by one or more thoracic seals 7, by a simple pressure of the protective sheath of the cartridge 3, or by a seal 8 plated at the bottom of the spray head 5, in the case of a cartridge to vice 9.

On the cap 2 is a tab 10 used to hang the closed spray bottle in the jacket pocket.

 According to the variant not illustrated, the entire refillable men's vaporizer can be of different shapes, of different dimensions and of different materials.

The device according to the invention is particularly intended for humans so that it
can be perfumed in parallel with the traditional bag spray intended for women until now.

Its particularities are to be placed in the interior pocket of the jacket or other, and
recharge using refillable or disposable cartridges: ease of use,
discretion, longevity of the product.

Claims (4)

 1) Device allowing the man to perfume himself, comprising a cylindrical casing 1 of which a part, the cap 2 separated from the body 3 reveals a system of vaporization by pressure 4, and its support 5. Inside the head vaporization 4 the cartridge 9 is screwed or sinks 6 into the vaporization head 5. The sealing is effected either by one or more O-rings 7, by a simple pressure of the protective sheath of the cartridge 3, or by a seal 8 placed at the bottom of the spray head 5 in the case of a screw cartridge 9. On the cap 2 is a tab 10 used to hang the closed spray bottle 1 in the jacket pocket.  2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the vaporizer 1 is of cylindrical or other shape, close to that of the pen intended for male use.  3) Device according to claim 1 and 2 characterized in that this vaporizer is refillable by perfume cartridge, glass or steel, that have can screw 9 or push 6 into the body of the vaporizer 5, sealed by one or more seals 7 and 8. 4) Device according to the preceding claims characterized in that the device can be placed by its side bar 10 in a jacket pocket or the like.
