Abstract

The invention concerns the field of building components. The door/window frame for a finished partition, including two jambs (4, 5) having a portion (8, 9) which covers the edge (2) of the partition, is essentially characterised in that the said jambs are fitted with adjusting and fixing assemblies, each of which consists of a tapped hole (10) whose axis is perpendicular to the edge of the partition, in which hole there is a hollow adjusting screw (11) which can bear via one end on the said edge and is itself provided with an axial hole (15) designed to allow the passage of a member (16) for fixing onto the partition, the said hole (15) being limited towards the inside of the hollow screw by a contact surface (19) on which the head (18) of the fixing member can bear.
