Abstract

The invention relates to the field of processing meat and its subject is a device for suspending pieces of cured meats. The device is characterised in that it is composed of a loop (12) intended to receive a sleeve of ham, of a hook (10) having a length equivalent to the dimension of the loop, integral with the latter and forming with it an obtuse angle (16) and a stop finger (14) which projects and is oriented along the line bisecting the angle (16), having a length equivalent to a quarter of that of the loop; the device is preferably produced in continuous, rigid, stainless-steel wire.
