Abstract

The invention relates to a product making it possible to protect oneself from contamination and dirt whilst consuming sandwiches. The case (1) comprises a lid (2), a BOTTOM (3) and an orifice (4), through which the sandwich (5) is inserted; a tab (7) makes it possible to release the sandwich continuously by the intermediary of a pre-cutting (6). The case serves as a container for any spillage during consumption whilst stationary or whilst walking. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the fast food industry.

Actuellement l1elabaration de produits alimentaires dans la restauration rapide est soumise à desregles strictes afin d'éviter toutes contaminations bacteriennes.
