Abstract

The mechanism (10) of a miniature circuit-breaker includes a bistable indicator (50) mounted in free rotation on the axle (42) of the handle (18) between an active position and an inactive position. The indicator (50) comprises a first signalling arm (52) fitted with an indicator light (54), and a second driving arm (54) displaceable between two end-of-travel stops (58, 60), and having a ledge (55) cooperating with the nose (56) of the contact holder in order to lock the indicator (50) in the inactive position when the handle (18) is actuated from the closed position F towards the open position O in the event of the welding of the contacts (14, 16).
