Abstract

I-Bill poster including a frame or support having a notch at each end, making it possible to fit on a tube on which a poster is wound; internally grooved tube ends are placed in the extension of these notches, on these tube ends are positioned two rods or arms fixed to a plate which will commence the start of the bill sticking, and which will come backwards when starting to descend towards the bottom of the panel to be stuck to. This movement can be obtained by gearings, or any other means giving this same movement. At the bottom of the frame a tube end part for fitting an extension handle making it possible to work on very high panels; and thus to stick the top posters.
