Description

SYSTEME ELECTRONIQUE
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM
FOR DELIVERING A PHOTO
The present invention relates to an electronic shooting system, intended for automatically delivering a photo to the user, and particularly identity photos produced by thermal printing.

In the prior art, numerous devices are known which automatically deliver a photo
British patents 1,216,477 - 1,331,811 - 2,083,635
US patents 3,852,783 - 4,089,017 - 4,091,397
French patents 965,257 - 2,093,641 - 2,618,229 describe automatic shooting mechanisms. These devices impress a positive paper which is immediately subjected to development by a successive passage in a certain number of baths.

These techniques require a complex and expensive mechanism, which is exposed to corrosion of the baths and this results in anomalies which cause the device to fail. In addition, the baths deteriorate quickly and must be renewed frequently, given these difficulties these devices require tedious and expensive maintenance and they generally provide low-quality shots.

In addition, the baths used are often poured down the drain, which is unfortunate from an ecological point of view because these products are polluting.

French Patent No. 02 570 843 describes an automatic shooting cabin which eliminates the use of polluting baths by using a sensitive surface provided with its own dose of chemicals intended to ensure its development. This technique has several drawbacks, in fact, it is difficult to store a large quantity of this type of sensitive substrate and, moreover, the chemicals contained are harmful and more or less polluting.

To date, thermal printers and their control by video are known.

Les brevets français 2 552 911 - 2 521 910 - 2 522 911 . Les brevets E.P. French patents 2,552,911 - 2,521,910 - 2,522,911. E.P.

These devices have little or nothing in common with the subject of this patent, because they do not include means for automatically delivering a self-service photo.

The present invention seeks to remedy the various drawbacks mentioned and makes it possible to obtain good quality self-service photographs without the use of polluting baths.

The goal is achieved by creating an electronic shooting system comprising several thermal printers which are controlled by a circuit allowing them to operate alternately and simultaneously according to the use of the camera, the circuit comprises a switcher which directs a sequencer towards the printer available, a commissioning detector informs the switcher on the anomalies and the occupation of each printer so as to direct the processing of the image on a free printer able to function.

imprimantes.
