Abstract

  The general object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic unit for embedding, which, in addition to being of the universal type, is either capable of receiving any valve system desired by the user or actually imposed by commercial sanitary appliances and which can also be easily and quickly checked in the case of maintenance and / or replacement of components, or even of the entire group, without having to intervene on

parts of masonry.

  Another object of the invention consists in making a hydraulic unit which can be built into a wall, in any desired position, without creating installation problems, during connection, both with horizontal pipes and with

vertical pipes.

  A further object of the invention is to provide a hydraulic unit particularly suitable for use in so-called industrialized construction for the production of prefabricated panels incorporating the

  entire hydraulic installation.

  Yet another object of the invention is to

  create a hydraulic unit in which the supply

  water is not possible at the mixer tap until the point of consumption actually enters

  With reference to the drawings, the hydraulic unit according to the invention bears the reference numeral 10 and it is, from the point of view of its structure, constituted by a body in the form of a plastic box 11 inside of which, so - characteristic, is contained a unit 12 which can receive water from the hydraulic network and distribute it to one or more points of

consumption.

  This unit 12 consists of a metal molding machined to the machine tool which comprises a central body 13 from which extends a pair of lateral connections 14, 15 and a central connection 16; as clearly appears in the drawings, these connections 14, and 16 are parallel to each other and aligned with respective opening pairs 17, 18 and 19 formed on two opposite walls of the box-shaped body 11. More precisely, these openings 17, 18 and 19

  are practiced on removable panels, flush-mounted

  compared to the box-shaped body 11.

  The tubes 21, 22 are respectively intended to be connected to the fittings 14, 15 for the supply of cold water and hot water from sources 23, 24

(figure 8).

  As is clear from FIGS. 3, 6 and 7, these connections 14, 15, via the respective passages, 26 and with the intercalation of the isolation valves 27, 28 and the filters 29, 30, send cold water and hot water to a mixer tap (of a type known per se) shown diagrammatically and bearing the reference

digital 31.

  As shown in Figures 2, 4, 5 and 6, the water mixed by the mixer 31 passes through a pipe 32 and from there a central connector 16 so that it can be sent to another distant consumption point via a pipe 33 (figure 8).   From what has just been described above, it also appears clearly that the hydraulic unit of the invention can be considered universal thanks to the combination of a mixing valve 31 with distribution fittings capable of being connected to the consumption points, whether this is located in front of the group applied to the wall or that it involves remote connections as in the case of

  consumption mounted on sanitary appliances.

  It is also interesting to note that the valves 27, 28 prevent the supply of water to the mixer tap 31 until the point of consumption enters

not actually in office.

  The hydraulic unit of the invention, in addition to the advantages described above, has the considerable advantage of being able to be inspected at any time during the life of the installation without having to touch the masonry works, the unit 12 can be completely and simply extracted from the box-shaped body 11 by removing the pipes connected to it. The hydraulic unit in question is finally particularly advantageous for use in industrialized construction because it allows the production of prefabricated panels incorporating the hydraulic installation.
