Abstract

The subject of the invention is a device acting as a connection for assembling tubes forming a framework for panels. The internal profile of the said connection forms, at each path, a border 3 in which there may bear the teeth 4 coming from a device with jaws 5 the clamping of which takes place from the profiled tube into which it is fitted by means of a sleeve 9 and which makes it possible to assemble it at each path of the connection. The said sleeve 9 is fitted to the end of the tube or section to be assembled to the connection. Inside the said sleeve 9 there is located a device with jaws 5, clamping of which takes place from the tube or section. The two jaws are held together against the sleeve 9 at a pivot pin and by a spacer spring located between the two elements. The invention applies particularly to the mounting of exposition stands, and to the fitting out and decorating of boutiques.
