Abstract

The subject of the invention relates to an anti-theft security device with automatic locking for cycles parking on the public highway. It consists of the combination of a lock formed by a fixed element 1, 4 and a movable bolt 3 constituting an obstruction passing through the spokes and immobilising the rim with a control element formed by a keyboard with electronic keys, a memory, a reader and other timing and control elements. It makes it possible for cycles and motorcycles to be immobilised when they are not in use while allowing the user, at the same time as it is immobilised, to provide for the possibility of determining and limiting the duration of parking by coding according to his requirements.

Description

 The object of the invention relates to an anti-theft security device with automatic locking for cycles parked on the public road.

It makes it possible to ensure the immobilization of cycles and motorcycles during its idle time by allowing the user to ensure at the same time as its immobilization the possibility of determining and limiting the duration of parking by
coding according to its convenience.

 To date, the safety of cycles parked on public roads is ensured by a cable or chain with padlock immobilizing it, either by attachment to a fixed element, or by simple passage between the spokes and the fork, only the resistance shearing gave relative safety.

 The device according to the invention eliminates these drawbacks and allows, by a locking element fixed on the roadway or the sidewalk, to ensure the displacement of the rod or locking bolt by manual control, the unlocking intervening by electronic control.

 I1 is constituted by the combination of a lock formed by a fixed element and a movable bolt constituting an obstacle crossing the spokes and immobilizing the rim with a control element formed by a keyboard with electronic keys, a memory, a reader and other organs timers and controls.

 The automatic lock is constituted by a static or fixed element constituting a sort of "waste" and formed by a terminal 1 sealed on the ground with an anvil 2 receiving the thrust of the bolt or of the mobile lock 3.

 This rod 3 is preferably formed by the core of an electromagnet whose winding is enclosed in the casing 4 and electronically connected by line to the control switch.

obtain serial actions if necessary.

 In the event that the bolt does not cross the wheel, it will block it against the anvil and prevent it from being lifted by its retention on a rim surface.

 The approximation of the terminals 1, 4 and the space 15 make it possible to maintain the cycle 15 in its vertical position (FIG. 4).

 The rod 3 is controlled by a double-acting cylinder or piston to ensure, depending on the impulse, its emergence or withdrawal.

 The casing 4 can be controlled by a key or have a collective or individual locking system and be actuated mechanically, electrically, pneumatically or even hydraulically.

 This is why the shapes, dimensions and arrangements of the various elements may vary within the limit of the equivalents, like the materials used for their manufacture, without changing the general conception of the invention which has just be described.
