THE COMPOSITION CONTAINS AS ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS AN ALKANE-TYPE ORGANIC SOLVENT, A NON-IONIC SURFACTANT OF THE PRIMARY OR SECONDARY ALIPHATIC ALCOHOL ETHOXYLATE TYPE AND WATER, AND AS OPTIONAL COMPONENTS AN ADDITIONAL NON-IONIC SURFACTANT OF THE AMINE OXIDE OR OF ALKYL-PHENOL, A CO-SURFACTANT OF THE PRIMARY OR SECONDARY ALIPHATIC ALCOHOL TYPE, A POLAR ORGANIC SOLVENT, AND ADDITIVES IN MINOR PROPORTIONS, THE RESPECTIVE PROPORTIONS OF EACH COMPONENT BEING SUCH AS IT IS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A CLEAR COMPOSITION AT A SINGLE PHASE WHICH IS STILL CHARACTERIZED AS SUITABLE FOR INFINITE DILUTION WITH WATER WITHOUT CONCOMITANT SEPARATION OF PHASES.
