Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to constructions of the prefabricated type in elements of a dwelling house, garage, school, workshop, offices, etc .; the materials used for these constructions are concrete, fiber cement and other traditional products. made fragile by bad weather, storm, earthquake and by their designs, poses problems on some sandy, clayey, steep terrain. In addition, these constructions in themselves by their maintenance and heating, are quite expensive.
The isothermal and acoustic construction of the present invention avoids all these problems, and moreover, it has very good acoustic and thermal insulation. Indeed, these constituent panels fit together, joined by adhesive and polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass, gives a homogeneity and a perfect sealing, the price of the building facade is very reduced because it takes 90 hours to make the facades of a pavilion of 100 ml, the fave contribution, the fact that the weight of the panels is approximately 16 KG m2 and the resistance of its panels is greater than traditional wooden constructions. The assembly of the panels is simple, without handling equipment or special equipment. The isothermal and acoustic truotion panels are made of wooden frame, polyester fiberglass reinforced outer shell serving as bracing and support for the exterior plasters woollé on rigid polyurethane foam, itself glued on a partition interior which serves as bracing to the peripheral frame and supports glass wool, serving as acoustic insulation. Each panel has a thick thickness close to a traditional wall.
The present invention can be better understood by examining the figures and the fabrication and assembly procedures.
