Abstract

This spoon makes it possible to separate at will the lean components from fatty bodies according to the following steps: Firstly, two perforations are made on the said spoon, one in the concave hollow part, the other on the widest part of the handle. Secondly, a spring fastened in the perforation of the handle actuates, by its other end, a valve.
