Abstract

Description

 The present invention relates to a method and device allowing the correction of postures during sports movements or all others according to postures considered to be ideal, such as for a golfer during his training in the various movements of skill, back swing, down swing, finish, etc.

 It is known that for a golfer in training to see his posture at the same time as the ball during the various movements, the use of an inclined convex mirror placed near the practice mat, this reflective mode allows the golfer to correct his posture during his movements towards postures and / or movements which he considers ideal, which is not always the case since the correction is left to his own initiative.

 The subject of the invention is a method and device for correcting posture during sports or any other movement consisting in superimposing the image of the practitioner reflected by a convex or plane mirror and / or produced on a video screen, placed face to him, with pre-established silhouettes adapted and / or adaptable to his configuration corresponding to the different postures considered to be ideal, said silhouettes being applied either directly on the mirror or the video screen, or on a transparent support adapting to the reflective side of the mirror and / or on the video screen.
