Abstract

Transporter system for pulverulent material, particularly for abrasive and shot-blasting material, which comprises a gutter- or trough-shaped channel receiving the material to be transported, in which is mounted a series of flaps driven simultaneously in a limited alternating translational movement along the length of the said channel, this movement comprising a rectilinear translational displacement ensuring the advance of the material, obtained by means of a stop which is also driven, against which the said flap is applied, and a rectilinear translational displacement in the opposite direction, combined with a free pivoting of the flap, which is released from its stop through the effect of the friction against the material to be transported, this transporter system being characterised in that the flaps 12 are mounted on a crosspiece 16 arranged along the length of the said channel 10 by means of an elastic means 22 whose characteristics are selected so that the said means has a rigidity in the transverse direction, that is to say along the width of the said channel.
