Abstract

The invention relates to an assembly for selection of culinary recipes for use by restaurateurs, intended to facilitate preparation of dishes which they are liable to offer to their clientèle. This assembly comprises a microfiche reader and a set of numbered cards each of which contains at least one microfiche 5 which is also numbered, each microfiche bearing the list of ingredients 8 and the respective quantities 9 thereof to be provided for a specific recipe.
