Abstract

The invention relates to folding spectacles frames consisting of a wire and allowing, on the one hand, adaption to a given morphology, by adjustment 3 of the distance E between the arms 1 and 2, and, on the other hand, the attachment of all types of hearing aids 7 and/or 8, by direct and adjustable fixing to the arms 1b and/or 2b of the frames.

Description

 The present invention relates to a spectacle frame device.

 In known devices for spectacle frames, the adaptation to the morphology of the wearer is made to measure. On the other hand, in the case of wearing a device of the "headset" type, the presence of the frame of the glasses becomes annoying under the ear pressure of the headphones.

 The spectacle frame according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks.

 On the one hand, it is characterized in that it allows adaptation to a given morphology by adjusting the spacing of the branches.

 According to a first variant, this adjustment is obtained by screwing or unscrewing a tubular body located in the middle of the frame, and which shortens or increases the distance between the two branches.

 According to a second variant, this adjustment is obtained by fitting a flexible tubular body onto rods having asperities.

 On the other hand, the mount according to the invention allows the adaptation of all types of listening devices, either radio, or cassette player, or sound amplification device for deaf or hard of hearing, by direct fixing and adjustable on the arms of the frame.

 The filiform constitution of the frame according to the present invention also allows the mounting of optical lenses, as well as the folding of the lens of the device.

 FIG. 9 represents a general view of the frame according to the invention.

 This consists as a whole of two symmetrical halves, the branches (1) and (2), constituted by a continuous or discontinuous wire, and a device (3) for adjusting the spacing (E) of the branches (1) and (2).

 Figures 2, 3 and 4 show the detail of different spacing adjustment devices (3).

 According to Figure 2, it consists of a tubular element (4a), tapped, and which is screwed or unscrewed on the rods (5a) and (6a), threaded not to the right and not to the left, and fixed on the branches (1) and (2).

 According to Figure 3, the spacing adjustment device consists of two tubular bodies (5b) and (6b), tapped, and fixed on the branches (l) and (2); a rod, threaded by half to the left and half to the right, is screwed and unscrewed in the bodies (5b) and (6b).
