Description
La présente invention concerne la chirurgie et plus particulièrement un procédé de positionnement d'un implant, le dispositif de fraisage pour sa mise en oeuvre et un nouvel implant ou cupule d'interposition. Jusqu'à présent, on utilise en chirurgie osseuse des implants, notamment des implants en forme de calotte sphérique. De tels implants, également dénommés cupules d'interposition, sont munis sur leur pourtour de trous qui permettent leur fixation sur une partie de l'os à réparer, laquelle a été préalablement taillée de façon appropriée. Ces cupules d'interposition en forme de calotte sphérique présent tent le désavantage de déraper et ne permettent donc pas de réaliser une ostéosynthèse durable.
