Abstract

Simplified system for the three-directional assembly of three pieces of wood of the same cross-section. It comprises two pieces A and B mortised in an identical fashion and fitting very precisely into each other by means of this mortise, and a third perpendicular piece C whose forked shape can key into the housing of the first two. This system may be employed for the fitting of shelves or any other use necessitating the crossing of three pieces of wood.
