Abstract

The invention relates to welded or glued closures of hermetic envelopes allowing the manual opening of the latter. The operations of breaking the gluing or weld are carried out in a controlled and permanent manner without tools of any sort, along the broken line of the weld or of the gluing, whether this be according to the Z-shaped variant of connection or the V-shaped variant of connection. The welding and the cut-out simultaneously form zones for grasping and for starting a peeling fracture, which allows an opening to be created in the envelope. Among the most advantageous applications of the invention may be mentioned milk cartons and the food industry in general.

Description

a) Welded or glued envelope closure, allowing manual opening.

b) The present invention relates to "welded or glued closures of hermetic envelopes" allowing the opening thereof in a controlled and permanent manner without tools of any kind.

c) Hermetic bags or packages closed by welding or gluing can only be opened in two ways:
The first method is the uncontrolled opening by trying to tear the envelope manually,
The second solution is controlled opening using a sharp object.

 Bags with welded or glued closures are currently difficult and distressing to open either due to the risk of loss of product contained by the importance and the uncontrollable variation of the forces required or by the need for sharp tools.

d) Welding or bonding allows according to the invention to manually open the envelope along the broken connecting line in a controlled and permanent manner.

 The closure of the bag or package according to the first variant (see Figure 1) is a weld or bonding of Z shape with straight cut.

 Figure 3 & 4: By moving the two fingers away with relatively little effort, the person causes the envelope to open.

 According to a second variant (FIG. 6), a V-shaped part with two tabs formed by the envelope with broken cutout.

 Take part (a) with your left hand, part (b) with your right hand, then peel to line (c).

 Then insert a finger into the opening caused by holding the package with the other hand, and shape the opening.

 The principle of the invention combines the arrangement of zones for taking, in order to apply to small sections of welding or bonding efforts of low peeling and in all cases significantly lower than the breaking strength of the pocket.

 The device which is the subject of the invention can be used for all cases of bagging or packaging food, pharmaceutical, clothing, printing, industrial.

 Some examples, milk package, confectionery in bags, sachets of dehydrated products, packaging of books, sachet of medicines.

Claims (1)

 CLAIM Envelope with manual opening, characterized in that it is obtained by the welding or gluing process which, according to the invention, allows the envelope to be manually opened along the broken connecting line in a controlled and permanent manner.  a) The closure of the bag or package according to the first embodiment is a Z-shaped weld or bonding with a straight cut.  - taking a resistant support with a finger in (a) and a support point in (b) where one of the fingers performs a peeling stress (Figure 2)  - by moving the two fingers away with a relatively small effort, the person causes the opening of the envelope.  b) According to a second embodiment, a V-shaped part with two tongues formed by 1 envelope with broken cutout.  - take part (a) with the left hand, with the right hand (b), then peel to the line (c).  - then insert a finger into the opening caused by holding the package with the other hand, and shape the opening.
