L'invention concerne un système d'assemblage rapide d'un support métallique ou raidisseur, sur une plaque en matériau diélectrique, tel qu'un substrat de circuit imprimé
Certains circuits imprimés, notamment en fonction de leur taille, la taille et le poids de divers composants qu'ils supportent, la température de fonctionnement des composants actifs de puissance qui peuvent engendrer des gradients de température dans le matériau diélectrique (généralement de faible conductibilité thermique), nécessitent un support ou raidisseur métallique pour augmenter leur rigidité mécanique Il est possible, par exemple de visser ou de riveter ces raidisseurs sur la plaque (substrat) à l'aide de trous pratiqués dans celui-ci à cet effet, ou de les coller ou surmouler lors de la fabrication des circuits (après soudure).Du fait que ce n'est que certains circuits imprimés qui ont besoin d'un raidisseur, le surmoulage parant le moins économique des procédés d'assemblage, les autres nécessitant de la main d'oeuvre et une manipulation du circuit imprimé avec l'accès aux deux c3tés. Le montage du raidisseur de circuit imprimé peut nécessiter l'immobilisation de celui-ci qui peut faire appel à un automatisme relativement complexe sur des channes d'assemblage automatique
Le système de fixation rapide et simple, objet de l'invention, permet d'éviter les inconvénients précités. Dans celui-ci, en effet, on ne fait appel à des éléments de blocage autres que les profils propres au support métallique et à ceux des ouvertures pratiquées dans le substrat.De ce fait, l'immobilisation du substrat ou du circuit imprimé peut se faire sans nécessiter d'accès du coté opposé à celui qui entre en contact avec le support métallique.QUICK ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
