Abstract

The device is used e.g. surf-board or a sailing board and is mainly by a bag fitted with straps to permit fixing onto a common car roof-rack. The bag has its shape and dimensions corresponding to those of the board. The bag contains the board together with its accessories. A longitudinal aperture is closed by a sliding clasp fastener. The bag has an external system to fix the mast. This system comprises a small pocket in which one end of the mast is introduced and two straps to fix the mast along the bag. The bag is also fitted with a handle and a shoulder-strap.

Ce sac est muni d'une ouverture 26, suffisante pour permettre d'y introduire au moins la structure porteuse 11. Transport system according to claim 1, characterized in that the aforementioned fixing means (28) consist of several pairs of straps attached, for example sewn, to said bag in the vicinity of two large longitudinal sides thereof, l 'one of the straps of each pair being provided with a claw buckle (29).

3. Transport system according to claim I or 2, characterized in that means for attaching a mast are provided outside of said bag, arranged in the longitudinal direction thereof, for example in the vicinity of the 'one of these large longitudinal sides.

9. Transport system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a slot (41) formed in a wall of said bag, to allow the passage of a fin of said supporting structure, optionally.

10. Transport system according to claim 9, characterized by sealing means de.ladite slot, for example consisting of two strips of fabric with claw and cooperating loops (42, 43), sewn on either side of said slot (41).
