Abstract

The manufacturing process is for making sports shoes in plastics material. A sock, made of supple material, is fitted on to a core which is placed in a mould and the plastics material is injected on to the sock to form the sole (9), upper (7) and heel (8). The mould is shaped so that the upper is made from intersecting bands (10,12,13,14) with holes between them, and the heel has a top band (15) which is joined to the upper. The top of the upper is slit, after unmoulding, and eyelets (18) are inserted on either side )17) for receiving laces.

Aux figures 2 et 3, on a représenté un moule 1 constitué de deux parties 2 et 3 lesdites parties 2 et 3 comportant des empreintes correspondant à la chaussure à réaliser, et le moule étant destiné à recevoir une forme 4 affectant la forme d'un pied. Lorsque le moule est ouvert, on place, sur la forme 4, une chaussette 5 en matière souple, celle-ci pouvant être du tissu, de la toile, du jersey, du cuir, une matière fibreuse non tissée, ladite chaussette 5 étant perméable et étant, de préférence, traitée pour lui donner en surface un grain et un coloris désirés. A travers un canal 6, prévue dans le moule, il est injecté de la matière plastique pour réaliser, sur la chaussette 5, l'empeigne 7, le talon 8 et la semelle d'usure 9.Comme on le voit à la figure 1, la chaussure obtenue comprend une bande centrale 10 qui s'étend depuis la partie s'étendant au voisinage du cou-de-pied, jusqu'à la pointe de la chaussure, des bandes latérales 12, 13 et 14 reliant la semelle à la bande centrale et une bande 15 ceinturant le talon, ladite bande 15 étant reliée à la semelle par des bandes 16. Lorsque la chaussure est démoulée, on coupe le long de la bande 15, la partie supérieure de la chaussette 5 qui n'est pas incluse dans le moulage, puis on pratique une fente 17, dans la bande 10 au voisinage du coude pied, et de part et d'autre de cette fente, on place des oeilets 18 pour recevoir un lacet. La chaussure, ainsi obtenue, est très confortable et a'un aspect agréable, le pied se trouvant parfaitement maintenu dans la partie interne de la chaussure constituée par la chaussette 5 et la chaussure, ainsi réalisée, est parfaitement aérée, de sorte que l'uti lisateur ne risque pas une transpiration excessive du pied. In Figures 2 and 3, there is shown a mold 1 consisting of two parts 2 and 3 said parts 2 and 3 having imprints corresponding to the shoe to be produced, and the mold being intended to receive a shape 4 affecting the shape of a foot.
