THE PARTICLES ARE THEN COATED WITH A FATTY MATERIAL OR AN EDIBLE OIL THEN WITH A SOLUTION CONTAINING AN ANTIMYCOTIC AGENT, WATER AND A FLAVOR. THE PRODUCT OBTAINED IS AN INTERMEDIATE MOISTURE PRODUCT WITH EXCELLENT STABILITY FOR STORAGE.
