Abstract

Ce dispositif comporte une bague de contact 5 en acier à haute résistance, montée, avec une couche isolante 6 interposée, sur l'arbre 1 du rotor et en contact avec les balais 7 des barres collectrices 9 de l'appareil à contacts et balais de la machine électrique. Dans une face de la bague de contact 5 est prévu un évidement cylindrique 10 coaxial à l'orifice intérieur de cette bague. Dans cet évidement 10 est placée une bague de répartition 11 en matériau bon conducteur, à laquelle est fixée une barre 13 conductrice connectée à l'enroulement rotorique 2. La bague de répartition 11 est connectée à la bague de contact 5 à travers une couche conductrice complémentaire 12 en un matériau homogène de résistivité moindre que celle du matériau de la bague de contact 5. La couche 12 présente une section transversale variable suivant sa circonférence qui augmente avec l'éloignement, suivant un arc, du point de fixation de la barre 13 conductrice de courant à la bague de répartition 11, cette couche complémentaire assurant une distribution uniforme et régulière sur la périphérie de la bague de contact 5, du courant électrique traversant cette bague entre les balais 7 des barres collectrices 9 et la barre 13 conductrice de courant.
